Hope, Glenda, Brendan, Abbigail and Tiger

We have lost a very important man in our lives. He was a wonderful man who had the gift to make those around him laugh. I remember when he would come to visit. He would always take his hat and put it on his foot, where he would then kick it up into the air and catch it on his head. I used to think it was one of the funniest things ever and it always made me smile. I think it made everybody smile. I am very fortunate to have had the chance to visit him with Abbigail and Brendan. He liked Brendan right away and even after having his strokes he still remembered to ask about him. He knew who Abbigail was whenever her saw her. When we recently went to visit he seemed so lively with her. She would run back and forth in front of him while he pretended to catch her. Hearing them laugh together was very precious and joyous moment in my life. I will always remember the sound. I will also always remember the image of pop sitting on the chair with my lizard G on his head. He loved him. He would try and scare my mom by walking over to her with him up there. It would catch her by surprise but always made her laugh. He also loved our cat Tiger. Every time I would talk to him he would always ask how Tiger was doing. Sometimes it was the first thing he would ask, even before he asked how I was. Just another ways he would make me smile. Every time I think of him I have nothing but happy memories, as I know is the same case for all of those he knew. He was a wonderful man that I will miss with all my heart. But I know he is smiling down at all those he loved, probably with G sitting on top of his head. May he rest in peace and forever be remembered with fond and happy thoughts. Love, Hope,Shawn,Glenda Brendan, Abbigail and Tiger.
