It is with a very heavy heart that myself, Gregory and Daniel send our deepest condolences to Saul and the Welcher family. Elsie was a genuinely loving and caring person who had a heart of solid gold. Her love and dedication for her family and those lucky enough to have been counted amongst her friends was steadfast and pure. The world has become a much sadder place with Elsie's passing. May her sweet and gentle soul forever rest in peace. The Peddle Family.
