Gord Hiller

I was so sad to hear of Uncle Olivers passing. I fell so fortunate to have know this wonderful man and that I got the opportunity to go and visit with him at Brookfield hospital on Saturday before I headed to work down here in the Gulf of Mexico. Although he was very tired and weak at the time we had a great chat. He told me about his recent trip across the Arm to Uncle Lloyds cabin and filled me in on the vegetables he had grown this year. He even mentioned about his big crop of beet that consisted of the grand total of 2. God bless him.. I'am sorry that I won't be around at this sad time but my thoughts and prayers go out to all the Humphries family, especially Woodrow and Cathy who were earthly angles to both Uncle Oliver and Aunt Grace over the last number of years. Uncle Oliver you were a great man and will be sadly missed by all your family and friends. Although it's hard to see him go we all have to remember he lived a long and happy life and is now in good hands, reunited with the love of his life, Aunt Grace and all the rest of the family that was gone before him. God best you Uncle Oliver.
