Just sitting here thinking that a year has passed since you left us. It's much harder to realize and seems so surreal for me because I am away and didn't get to see you on a regular bases; then when I think about coming home and you won't be there....then the reality actually sinks in a bit more......not a good feeling. !!! I have many great memories of you and Aunt Trudy. I know today, especially and every day must be extremely difficult for Aunt Trudy and the whole family. My heart is heavy as I just sit here and type this and reminisce about Uncle Mart. Miss you greatly Uncle Mart, you will be forever in my heart and I think of you often. Aunt Trudy and family; my thoughts and prayers are with you today. I know that this weekend is Thanksgiving and it may seem like you don't have much to be thankful for in light of this but that is not the case as I'm sure you are all aware. Just reflect upon all the awesome things that Uncle Mart brought into our lives and how much more better we are for having him in our lives. That will help you/us thru the sadness as we remember all the great things he shared and did for us and with us !! Rest in Peace Uncle Mart.....love and miss you !!!
