Scott was born in Scarborough, Ontario on November 12th 1967. His parents were Edwin and Dorothy Parsons. Over the years he lived in various places but never really far from his hometown of Indiana Bay. He leaves to mourn his parents, Edwin and Dorothy, his Brother Ivan and Sister-In-Law Lisa along with his 3 nieces (Wendy, Brianna, and Tara) and his Great Nephew Ethan. Scott was known and loved by many dear family members and friends
