Gordon Humphries at the age of 87 passed suddenly away on Wednesday afternoon, May 1st, 2019 at his residents in Valleyfield. Gordon was born June 30th, 1931 to Walter & Rosanna (Tiller) Humphries at North West Arm. He married Laura Kean on October 24th, 1957 and together they raised six children. Gordon is per-deceased by his parents; son in-law Elias Button; brothers Lacey, Oliver (Grace), Reuben, Percy (Bernice), Walter; sisters Millicent (Jake), Louise (Reginald), Essie (Luke), Daisy, sister in-law Louise Kean; brother in-laws Kenneth Kean and George Hill. Left with precious memories are his wife Laura, son Lionel (Joanne); daughters Daisy (James), Debra (Philip), Darlene (Tony), Sandra, Sheila (Derek); grandchildren Courtney (Dylan), Christopher (Kelsey), Jennifer (Edgar), Micheal (Sheena), Lee, Jason (Tammy), Lisa (Jim), Kelly (Sandy), Andy, Justin, Chris (Kayla), Kayla (Paul), Samantha (Justin), 13 beautiful great grandchildren, brother Lloyd (Melina), brother in-law Gerald (Margie); sister in-laws Helen, Triffie, Mildred and Eileen and also a close circle of nieces, nephews and friends. Private visitations took place at Sincerely Yours Funeral Home, May 2 & 3 2019, followed by cremation on Sunday May 5th, 2019.
